Hollis Office Solutions, the Oswestry-based provider of printers, photocopiers and office supplies, is celebrating after winning a contract renewal with Westbridge Furniture, the UK’s biggest furniture upholstery company.
Already an established Hollis customer, Westbridge are replacing over 100 desktop printers and rolling out a managed print system across their Deeside sales and distribution centre.
After an extensive site survey Hollis Office Solutions were able to present significant cost and efficiency savings by moving the staff at Westbridge Furniture onto a managed print service.
Mark Bamford, General Manager at Hollis Office Solutions commented: “the desktop printers that Westbridge Furniture have been using were inconvenient and expensive to run.”
The new managed print service will see printing and energy costs slashed with the installation of several large, free-standing Develop multi-function printers. The machines will provide a regular, automated billing system, toner renewal recognition software and automatic ordering, maintenance package and replacement of the equipment every three years.

The contract renewal comes on the back of several new wins this month for the firm which is celebrating its 25th year, including contracts with Moreton Hall School and Sky Jack in the last month.
